Our North Dallas oil and gas client is looking for an Entry Level Human Resources Assistant to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for HR department administrative duties and support; answering phones, scheduling, filing, new hire orientation, event planning, etc.

Perform data entry to maintain candidate system/databases
-
Prepare monthly reports from spreadsheets
-
Organize department meetings, lunches & seminar
-
Assist various HR team members with projects and daily tasks
-
Assist in daily HR administrative tasks and support duties
-
Responsible for employee record keeping
-
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-
Ideally 1-2 years HR experience or a recent college graduate with an HR degree

Oil and Gas experience is preferred, but not required
-
Must be a go-getter and looking to grow within an organization
-
Strong communication, very professional demeanor, ability to go above and beyond the standard job requirements
