Our Carrollton, Texas client is searching for an Inside Sales Support professional, that has strong personal and written communication skills with an understanding of basic accounting principles. This is a temp to possible hire opportunity.  Will handle administrative and sales functions.

 

Administrative Responsibilities:
Manage and direct Customer Service Requests
Direct CEO assistance – filter calls, prioritize needs and actions items
Administrative support to the company VP
Sorting mail, filing, scanning, copying
Accounts Receivable follow up, vendor payments and payables
Responsible for Scheduling CEO calendar including meetings, travel plans and occasional personal needs
GE Capital fund management
Maintain office supplies and organization
Customer relations
Order Tracking

 

Sales Support Responsibilities:
Lead generation
Cold calling to set up appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
Appointment scheduling
Client visits to potential customers

 

Requirements:
2 years experience
Inside Sales or Marketing background
Driven with a strong sense of urgency
Professional in appearance and demeanor
Willingness to go above and beyond
