Our Austin, TX client is seeking an Internal Corporate Recruiter on a contract to possible hire basis to assist in recruiting and human resources.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Implementing recruiting best practices and advising department heads of recruiting procedures
Utilize social network outlets to recruit high caliber candidates that are qualified for the position
Prepare job descriptions, job advertisements and job postings
Review applications and track applicants as they are identified
Screen and evaluate all applicants to determine if they have the skill set necessary for job opening
Manage employee group benefits
Maintain HR job assigned
Other HR duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Must be a self starter and able to work independently
Knowledge of practices and principals related to payroll activities
Must be able to maintain confidential information
2 to 5 years of solid recruiting experience
Need to be an effective communicator
Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work
