Our Austin, TX client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor on a contract to possible hire basis.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Processing loans submitted by loan originators
Act as a liaison between lender and loan officer
Verify all borrower information
Enter loans into operating system
Qualifications:
Must be able to work independently
Minimum three years recent experience in mortgage processing. (Mandatory)
Experience in processing FHA, VA and Conventional. USDA loans a plus
