Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a highly professional and intelligent Part-time Administrative Assistant to support their global sales team of 5 individuals (20 hours per week) on a long term contract basis. 

The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, must have the ability to present information in a professional written and verbal manner, the ability to work with diverse styles and personalities, and work within a small team environment to deliver exceptional results.

Position Description:
Responsible for eloquently and professionally handling all incoming communications and directing them to the appropriate team member.
Supporting the development of presentation materials, both internal and external, for seminars, strategic sessions etc. utilizing PowerPoint.
Conference/Seminar Planning, act as liaison between company and hotels, etc.
Providing support to the Account Directors surrounding correspondence, (extensive) international travel arrangements for 5 team members, and (extensive) scheduling.
Adhoc business analysis.
Responsible for preparing and screening expense reports utilizing Excel.
Support in Corporate Communications– newsletters, best practice documentation, case studies, web page maintenance, template creation.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of two to five years working in a large company understanding dynamics of a global team.
Well versed with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Ease working with numbers and basic analytical skills.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Works well in team environment.
Self Starter– this role requires working independently much of the time.
Results oriented.
Positive Attitude, mature.
Able to work in a fast paced environment with minimal direct supervision (your boss is often on travel).
Social media and web publishing experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate must be flexible, creative, multi-tasking, dependable, team oriented, and upbeat but professional.

Education Requirements:
Community College or University level degree.
