Our Plano, TX client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis. 

This position is for an international company looking to expand in the local market.  The ideal candidate will have experience working in a small office, organizing a filing system and assisting with any administrative duties that may be presented.  Not a micro managed environment so candidate must be a self starter.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer questions

Setting up filing system

Receiving mail and FedEx

Completing expense reports on Excel spreadsheet

Creating PowerPoint presentations

Creating Sales outlines

Typing up purchase orders

Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

2-5 years in an administrative role

Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel formulas and PowerPoint presentation creation

Professional in appearance and demeanor

Self starter with ability to multitask

Experience in a start up office (able to organize office, filing systems, etc.)

Flexible with schedule.  Hours will be 20-25/week and could grow to a more full time role over time.
