Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Pricing Analyst on a contract to possible hire basis. Position is extremely task oriented and requires a high degree of multi-tasking, focus and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Managing the flow of pricing sent in digital format from suppliers into the company database.
Maintaining supply contracts, proofing and understanding pricing formulas that use percentages and several indexes to calculate price.
Data entry and creation of pivot tables and formulas in Excel
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2-5 years experience
High school diploma or GED
The successful candidate must possess the ability to understand complex processes and be able to perform them with a high degree of accuracy and have a basic understanding of databases.
Prefer candidate that is well organized and efficient, has excellent data entry skills, experience in Excel and Outlook and has excellent customer service skills.
Candidate with experience in Excel using short cuts, linking to other spreadsheets, pivot table creation, etc., with receive strong consideration.
