Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Risk Coordinator on a contract to possible hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Track all company vehicles, Drivers Licenses, MVR’s, Truck Policy and Violations
Distribute Monthly Equipment Report to Insurance Company
Code and submit expense statements monthly
Maintain company reports including: legal entities report, bond report and builder’ risk report
Handle Certificates of Insurance
Code and maintain documentation for insurance renewal and payments
Review policies for accuracy
Support Risk Management Department in any other tasks assigned

Requirements:
College degree preferred
1-2 years insurance experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Must possess advanced Excel skills
Must be detail oriented and be extremely organized
Strong time managment skills are a MUST
Willingness to learn new process, policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
