Our Austin, TX client is seeking a Sales Specialist on a contract to possible hire basis:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Manage sales and support inquiries for multiple business customers assisting them with a variety of needs such as business formation and changes
Manage multiple corporate accounts
Understand and convey a mastery of our products to customers, assisting them in any questions they may have
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to sell Business Formation services and benefits
1 to 2 years previous related experience selling products in a corporate phone sales and/or customer service environment helpful
Ability to quickly learn detailed information as it pertains to documents and services
Proficient with customers on the phone/email
Detail orientated team player with a passion for helping customers
Previous experience processing electronic orders from customers helpful
BA/BS degree preferred
MS Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
