Our Nashville technology client is looking to hire a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team on a direct hire basis.
Job Summary:
Recruit, screen, interview, assess and place a minimum of two IT candidates a month
Perform skill testing, reference checking, drug testing, and background checks on all IT candidates to confirm past performance and eligibility.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranges travel, and lodging
Review media and weekly ads to identify trends and prospects
Maintain and document candidate communications through internal database
Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting resources
Maintain integrity of candidate database.
Job Description :
Assist management in meeting their business objectives through sourcing and recruiting to deliver a high volume of quality IT candidates to our client base.
Accountable for all recruiting efforts and implementing consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement and staffing.
Maintains requests for employees and takes a positive proactive position in corporate partnering.
Knowledgeable of current and emerging Information Technology skills.
Job Requirements & Required Skills:
6+ years’ experience in IT staffing field or related area
Solid PC skills including MS Office and Recruiting and Applicant Tracking systems
Positive attitude
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to successful interface with potential candidates
Demonstrate an understanding of a corporate environment
Detail orientation with follow through
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
