Our Stafford, TX client is in need of a Senior Administrative Assistant for a Direct Hire opportunity.

Job Description:
Sales and Marketing team support
Administer lead management tasks in SalesForce.com, such as data entry for inbound leads, and lead distribution resulting from marketing campaigns.
Primary Administrative support for Sales and Marketing for all activities, including: (1) travel reservations, (2) field tier one inquiries from Sales and other staff, (3) complete sales welcome documents and packages, (4) enter CEO’s proposal criteria into Salesforce.com (5) compile information into special reports for CEO as requested.
Generate Proposals for Sales Team
Take Sales Meeting minutes & document action-items. Email to attendees after meeting.
Distribute updated Company Phone Directory when any changes occur.
Calendar Management.
Recruiting – schedule preliminary interviews, coordinating background investigations.
Manage front lobby traffic, guests, deliveries.
Mail sort and delivery.
Maintain inventory all office supplies, maintain appearance of lobby, conference room, kitchen, coffee lounge, and store room; general cleaning and straightening of these areas as needed – daily, etc.
Coordinate office maintenance & repairs with building management.
Personal and business related errands for CEO, including:
The job includes screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling meeting and greeting visitors, organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
Make arrangements for the travel and accommodation and sometimes if required need to travel with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
The job includes taking dictation and carrying out background research and presenting findings and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations to the management.
Carry out specific projects and research.
When the Executive is away from the office, continue to monitor his calendar and monitor your personal phone for instant messages or calls from him.
Ask the Executive questions daily to determine any areas you can offload errands, tasks, etc from the Executive allowing him to have more time to focus on the core priorities of the Company
Maintain Executive’s sales related activities in Salesforce.com
Generate Meeting Agendas for Executive, take meeting minutes.
Plan in advance for visitors arranging for conference room use, audio/video set-up, refreshments, etc.

Requirements:
Looking for someone that has supported a Sales, Marketing or Technology Department.
EXCELLENT office and phone personality. While energetic, candidate should exhibit a warm, welcoming and accommodating demeanor
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized, multi-tasker who is deadline driven
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Excel (light use), PowerPoint and Word; Windows 7
Experience with SalesForce.com or other CRM software (ACT or Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience with email marketing blasts
Excellent written communication skills and professional email etiquette
Bachelors Degree Required
