Our Lewisville, TX client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their HR team on a direct hire basis.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist and provide direct support to all team members of the Human Resources department
Maintain all employee files
General clerical duties including filing, copying, faxing, and mailing
Assist Recruiting Team with:
Recruiting events, conferences, recruiting timeline, schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews and travel arrangements
Possible travel to conferences and local recruiting events – 10%
Process all employment verification requests in a timely manner
Process expense reports in Concur in a timely manner
Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Interface with all facility employees, Senior Management, Billing, IT, Accounting, Marketing, Maintenance, and Patient Accounts
Resolve administrative issues and inquiries
Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, presentations, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
Demonstrates professionalism and compliance to company and departmental policies and procedures
Perform other duties as required and as directed by management

Qualifications:
Education and Experience
2-5 years of relative administrative and/or Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Proficiency with standard office equipment
Experience with clerical and administrative procedure such as filing and record keeping
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management

Special Qualifications:
Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
Must be able to work independently, and prioritize workload to meet established goals and timelines
Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to respect and maintain highly confidential information
Must have proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
