Our Frisco, TX client is seeking a contract Payroll and Bookkeeping specialist for an 8-12 week assignment. This person will handle Accounting, Payroll and HR duties along with some support of the President and Vice President.

b. Verifying amounts
c. Creating payments
2. Accounts Receivable
a. Invoicing
b. Invoice Reminders
c. Managing current and past due accounts
3. Reporting
a. Weekly Status Reports
b. Reports as needed to VP
c. Monthly/Weekly Billing Reports
4. Payroll
a. Running payroll
b. Figuring OT and Bonus comp
c. Paying liabilities
5. General Office
a. Filing
b. Creating new files for new vendors
c. Answering phones
d. Assist VP and President
e. Checking Mail
6. Banking
a. Entering payments
b. Creating deposits
c. Making deposits
d. Online reconciling
e. Online payments
7. New Hires
a. Sending Welcome Packet
b. Setting up in Payroll System
c. Adding EE’s company accounts
8. Marketing
a. Shipping
b. Binding presentations
Requirements:
-
QuickBooks and MS Office Suite proficiency is required
-
General administrative experience including handling A/P, A/R, Payroll, light HR, Filing, copying, scanning, etc.

Experience inputting and appoving weekly payroll information
-
Part time 2-3 month contract position starting mid-May.
