Our Dallas, TX client is looking for an Executive Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis.

Duties:
Assist the Executive VP, Sr. VP and VP of Sales with administrative functions including typing memos, letters and agendas, answering the phone, faxing and mailing
Make changes and submit weekly Sales Productivity reports
Maintain daily Revenue reports
Oversee and maintain reporting for Capital Expenditure project
Book travel and complete and submit expense reports for Exec team
Manage the cellular account for the company users
Maintain company contact and email distribution lists
Special projects as requested
Perform other related duties as required

Requirements and Additional Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
3-5 years of administrative experience required
Proficient in MS Office Suite products (specifically Word and Excel)
Must have a strong sense of urgency, excellent time management skills, organized, and efficient
Hospitality industry experience a huge plus
Excellent at following directions
Outgoing, friendly personality
