Our Houston TX client is looking for an Executive Assistant on a temp to hire position
Positon Description:
This person will be assisting the President of the company, hours are 8am-5pm but may change this person should be flexible. They will get a personal cell phone and get emails through their phones so they are expected to answer calls and/or emails at all times.
This person will be supporting the President and he can be very vague, therefore this person must take notes and not be afraid to ask questions when something is not making sense. The President has a very fast paced, busy schedule with meetings, conferences, traveling, etc. Many times the owner and CEO will come into town and therefore this person will become Assistant to them as well. Both Executives are also very punctual and attendance is very important to them so he would like the same from his Assistant.. The overall purpose of the Assistant is to smooth out his day out a bit more and represent him well at all times.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), specifically in Excel & Outlook
5+ years’ experience as Executive Assistant and longevity in previous roles. Do not want a job hopper.
Outgoing, Aggressive, & Professional (Not easily intimated) – Aggressive, takes charge but stays diplomatic & professional at all times
Someone who can quickly & effectively adapt with our company
