Frontline Source Group – temporary staffing and direct hire firm – is looking for an HR Generalist for our West Houston, TX client on a contract to possible hire basis.

Your role with the company:
The HR Generalist will be looked to for an immediate impact in the areas of unemployment benefits, new hire training, and employee relations. Daily duties would include managing unemployment processes and appeals, recruiting for the corporate office, managing training materials, compiling the company newsletter, and backing up payroll to name a few. In addition to taking ownership of these functions, this person will be making recommendations to streamline processes. From a career perspective, the size and diversity of this firm allows one to gain a wide breadth of knowledge and experience in Human Resources.
Background profile:
A degree is preferred though relevant experience is the primary concern
Experience in unemployment benefits and processing background checks
Exposure to employee relations and new hire training
Intermediate to Advanced abilities in MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that fosters collaboration
