Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a professional Office Manager to handle incoming calls, basic administrative duties, and some client correspondence.

Duties:
Create routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports
Utilize Outlook and MS Office Suite, strong knowledge of Excel
Order necessary office supplies
Schedule meetings
Light Accounts Payable/Receivables
Enter Purchase Orders and Match invoices
Medical billing/coding
Other duties as required
Requirements:
2 years in an office environment as an office manager
Previous medical billing/coding or insurance experience is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Must be able to multitask
Maintain a professional demeanor with clients
Self-motivated and resourceful
Personality Dynamics: cheerful, smiles often, focused, professional demeanor, dependable, prompt, and punctual
Temp to possible hire
Monday-Friday, 9-4
