Our Ft. Worth, TX client is seeking an Office Manager on a contract to possible hire basis.
This opportunity requires excellent telephone etiquette and a strong organizational skill set while performing reception work, data entry, and customer service. Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Duties:
Screen incoming calls and take appropriate action
Troubleshoot customer calls and issues as they arise
Assist in scheduling dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles for conveyance of materials, or for normal installation, service, or emergency repairs
Take down customer information and schedule appointments
Light accounting in QuickBooks
Perform various office management tasks, including taking on majority of office operations tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
3+ years of office management experience, service industry experience preferred
1+ years of dispatching experience highly preferred
Posses a strong ability to multi-task
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and at least working knowledge of QuickBooks
Must be personable, patient, well mannered, approachable, even tempered, thick skinned, and have a great work ethic
A proven track record of high performance and outstanding attention to detail
