Our oil and gas client is looking for a Regional HR Manager for its East Texas/North Louisiana Division. This position will be based in Holly, LA and will provide Human Resources Generalist support to the field exploration & production groups in East Texas and North Louisiana.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and retention
- Assisting employees with general questions relating to HR policies/procedures
- Providing guidance to managers regarding the interpretation and administration of Company policies and procedures
- Counseling/consulting on employee performance and other employee relations issues
- Address needs of employees and the Company for learning and organizational development
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree with 7-10 years generalist background
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry would be a strong plus
- Candidate must have broad-based generalist experience including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, training & development
- Requires strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills
- Candidate must be able work effectively with managers including upper management, field personnel and HR teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to changes quickly
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, and have prior experience with HRIS
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time is required
- PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
