Our client in Dallas, TX is looking for a Sales & Systems Administrator. The selected candidate will have the following skill set:
Job Responsibilities:
Generate and manage relevant reports from sales systems with high accuracy
Support Inside Sales, Field Sales and the Marketing team throughout the sales process
Maintain sales representative agreements, and customer volume purchase agreement files
Generate travel expense summary reports
Answer overload telephone calls and attempt to satisfy callers’ requests
Identify continuous improvement opportunities associated with sales and systems processes
Complete other duties and assignments as necessary to support the organization
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor degree in business or related field required
3+ years of experience in a administrative position with high volume activities required
Excellent order entry skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy required
Excellent organizational skills; able to multi-task in a fast paced team environment required
Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required
Working knowledge of SAP and/or Gold Mine highly preferred
