Our Richardson, TX client is looking for a Bookkeeper on a contract to possible hire basis.
Position Overview:
This position has both Administrative and Bookkeeping tasks. This person will be working closely with the President and external CPA. This individual must provide a highly professional service in regards to coordinating and maintaining the general office structure of the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of facility projects, coordinating office maintenance as well as Vendor operations, and managing of general office procedures
Coordinate and set up vendor meetings
Answer multi-line phone system
Responsible for collecting daily mail and mailouts
File and scan vendor documents
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Manage bank reconciliations
Prep payroll processing
Post journal entries
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a Bookkeeping role
Construction background is HUGE plus
The individual must excel at problem solving and be able to multi task
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must enjoy interacting with internal and external customers on a daily basis
Possess a team player and self-starter attitude
Proficient in all MS Office programs as well as QuickBooks
