Our Dallas Texas oil and gas client is looking for a senior level Executive Assistant to join their team on a 10-16 week contract assignment.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide executive level support for the company’s President and General Manager.
Provide executive level support for the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Vice President of Commercial and Business Development, and Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
Manage and maintain executives’ calendars to coordinate work flow and meetings, which requires interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants to coordinate a variety of executive meetings.
Screen phone calls for the President and Chief Operating Officer.
Greet and assist visitors, manage mail and emails, phones, faxes, copies, travel arrangements, and calendars for President, COO, Vice President of Commercial and Business Development, and Vice President of Finance and Accounting.
Compose correspondence, including dictation, notes, and minutes of meetings.
Prepare expense reports via Concur: reconcile expenses and credit card statements for executive.
Schedule meetings and conference calls; attend meetings when necessary.
Input data for weekly senior management meeting by coordinating reports from field operations.
Oversee all aspects of general office management (i.e. break room supplies, pool vehicles, office supplies, printer supplies, furniture, etc.).
Manage the Receptionist and responsible to coordinate receptionist backup.
Response for data request by coordinating and preparing information from operations and administration to corporate management.
Assist peers in technical aspects related to computers, software, and communications.
Assist in special events, such as fundraising and annual meeting(s).
Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. College Degree preferred.
10+ years’ experience supporting at the executive level. Experience in oil and gas preferred.
1+ years of office management experience required
Advanced skills with MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Explorer.
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with strong analytical skills and highly organized.
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
