Office Administrator – Dallas Texas

Our client in Dallas, TX Is looking for an Office Administrator.  The selected candidate will have the following skill set:

Job Duties:
Working with staff and the office manager to achieve tasks associated with tax season
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
3+ years working with Quickbooks
Ability to understand and work in accordance to deadlines
Work in a team environment as well as the ability to be an independant contributor

Requirements:
High School diploma a must and a college degree is a plus
Ability to work in an intense environment
Excellent verbal and written communication is a must
