Our Dallas, TX client is seeking an Office Manager to join their company on a contract to possible hire basis. The candidate will be working on internal projects, general administration, accounting, running various errands and learning the client business. Small office with flexible hours. Part-time to start with potential for full-time after a few months.

Responsibilities:
Implementing and supporting SAP Payroll and HR systems and related services.
Inputting expenses, timesheets, and invoices into Quick Books
Reconciling Timesheets and Invoices
Running and Analyzing reports out of QuickBooks
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll
Working with CPA on tax returns or other tax issues
Running errands: Post office, FedEx, OfficeMax, Picking up mail, making deposits, banking and other errands (gas will be reimbursed by IRS mileage standard)
Getting internal business processes sorted out and getting office organized
Decorating Office
Learning SAP HR/Payroll as desired to move into the consulting side of the business
Other duties that may, from time to time, be assigned
Requirements:
Previous Office Management experience including some Accounting, Administrative, and HR functions
Extremely professional, resourceful, and great with time management
Self-motivated
Experience working in a small office
Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of SAP Payroll and HR systems and related services is highly preferred
